5. Photo Uploads and Data

Facelytics provides product recommendations based on your analysis results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Facelytics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, arising from your use of the Service.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload; by uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process the image for analysis purposes only.
